We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order which we deem to contradict our standard policies. We reserve the right to change our policies from time to time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to change prices on our website at any time without notice, and any order placed, confirmed, and accepted up to that price change will be valid, however we reserve the right to limit the quantities ordered in the event of a price change. Items are subject to availability, and may change without notice from time to time. If an item is not available at the time of your order, it will be removed from your order, and you will not be charged for the unavailable item. If your credit card is charged for the item, and we discover the item is unavailable, we will either refund the credit card for the item which is unavailable, or backorder the unavailable item and ship the remainder of the order separately, or we may hold the entire order if we expect stock to enter our system within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where an error (either by the system, or otherwise) has resulted in an incorrect product description, pricing, or the image of an item is the wrong image for the product. We also reserve the right to limit quantities if the number of orders placed in a period (where we were unable to monitor the order volumes) is greater than the number we have in stock or on order. Unfortunately, we are unable to notify you in advance if an item is unavailable.

Orders submitted by e-mail will NOT be accepted. Email is not a secure form of communication, and is not recommended for any credit card information. If you wish to place an order for any item you see listed, please use our online store.

Orders submitted by Visa or Mastercard are processed onsite. Due to security policy and fraud prevention with Visa International and MasterCard International, we MUST ship to the verifiable billing name and address as it appears on the cardholders' statement. We will take the proper steps necessary to ensure information is correct. If this information is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice, and you will not be notified.

Some items shown may not be the actual items you will receive (serial numbers may vary, etc), unless specifically noted. The pictures provided illustrate an example of the design of the item. Items such as paper money, graded coins, etc. are not necessarily shown in the graded you will receive. We use standard images for most items to illustrate the design only. Photos most likely are not actual size. If you are questioning the size, please contact us prior to ordering, or bidding on ebay.

Because of the volume of orders we process, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once you submit it. If there is an item or if there are items you do not wish to receive after you have submitted your order, you will need to receive your order and return whatever product you do not wish to keep. All non-bullion items have a 14-day return priviledge.

A $25 fee will be charged for all dishonoured/NSF/stop-payment cheques, or for credit card chargeback.
