Return Policy

RETURN PRIVILDGE AND ITEM AUTHENTICITY. All items are warranted original unless otherwise described. Customers will have 14 days to return any product not bullion-related. There are no return privilidges on bullion-related products (items which the price changes daily with the precious medals markets). If multiple quantities of any item are purchased (ie: 10 of the same item), and you wish to make a return, you may be required to return all of the same items we shipped to you. Please contact us first if this is a concern. We have established this policy to prevent customers from ordering 10 of one item, picking the best out of those 10 (so that they can certify them) and returning the remaining 9 pieces. This is not beneficial to any of our customers, as it allows one individual to leverage our stock for the sole purpose of obtaining the "best of the best". There may be certain circumstances where we would allow a customer to return a select number from a multiple order, so we would suggest you contact us first if you wish to make a return and this classifies you.

Returns for third-party graded items, or sealed product due to quality concerns must be substantiated.

eBay customers must contact us prior to making a return. Reasons for eBay returns must be substantiated.

Shipping and handling is NOT refundable.

Any refunds made will be credited in the same payment manner and currency as the original purchase (except that cheques will be issued in place of Money Orders and Bank Drafts).
